I realized why I am feeling so off. It is a bunch of stuff piling up. The changing season (thanks Amber Magnoila for pointing this out to me), new baby hormone shift, Dave deploying, being at home with my kids like non-stop, Charlie leaving and some other random craziness.
Now that I realize whats going on I can find ways to deal with it. The main things I have noticed are a general brain fried feeling, having a hard time expressing myself and an extremely short temper. Anyone got any ideas? Supplements? Food? Could it be related to the yeast issues I am putting on the back burner until I have time and mental space to tackle it? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I am so like that after a baby. I chalk it up to PP blues later. It's hard to adjust to all these things!! Make sure you are drinking LOTS of water and sleeping anytime you can!
